Please note that many of our premium items, including customized graduation sashes and specialized graphic tees, are made-to-order to ensure exceptional quality and freshness of print.

- Peak Seasons: During high-demand graduation seasons or major sports tournaments, processing may take up to 7 business days.
- You will receive a notification email featuring a live tracking number the moment your package leaves our fulfillment facility.
Shipping Rates and Thresholds

- Orders over $10.00: Free Standard Shipping globally.
- Orders under $10.00: A flat rate of $5.99 is applied to cover standard logistical handling.

Missing, Lost, or Wrongly Addressed Packages
